Welcome to InstaStock. InstaStock is operated by CROSS COAL (a sole proprietorship registered via Udyam Registration in India). For distribution on the Apple App Store, InstaStock is published by the individual sole proprietor of CROSS COAL. For the Google Play Store, it is published by the organization CROSS COAL. By downloading, accessing, or using the InstaStock mobile application ("App") and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using InstaStock, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and CROSS COAL (operating under the brand name InstaStock).

2. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

InstaStock offers premium features via subscription plans. Payments and subscriptions are securely processed and managed by Dodo Payments as well as the respective app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store).

  • Billing: Your payment method will be charged upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings, Google Play account settings, or the InstaStock web billing portal.
  • Refunds: All charges are strictly non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the refund policies of Dodo Payments, Apple, or Google.

3. Apple App Store & Google Play Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the following terms apply:

  • Acknowledgment: These Terms are concluded between you and InstaStock only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple") or Google LLC ("Google"). InstaStock, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
  • Maintenance & Support: Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
  • Warranty: In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple or Google, and they may refund the purchase price for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple and Google will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
  • Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and Apple's subsidiaries, and Google, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, they will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.

4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to use the App solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the App without written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstaStock and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
